O race 32:54 [3] 6.8 km (4:50 / km)

Australia middle champs, great area right on the Murray river.
Tricky but not as tricky as I was expecting but still a couple of 30 second mistakes, the running was pretty fast but sandy. No big blow outs though and that’s what got me through luckily, a couple of bigger mistakes by others gave me a win which i’ll gladly take.

running 31:30 [3] 6.2 km (5:05 / km)
shoes: Nike Zoom Flys

In Mildura staying at mums :)
Just a short run as I havent been for a run since tuesday.
Ran to Ants house as I needed a laptop charger, all on concrete paths and my achilles were a bit grumbly for the first 2km but warmed up.

Visited Clive the guru Masseur after this and as always he did a great job.

Barre pilates 55:00 [3]

Sooo happy to have this class back. First KX barre class in about 12 months as they cancelled it. I did not find anything quite the same in the interim.
Looking forward to being glued back together, the best for injury prevention and strength, just perfect for runners. YAY
Hurt like hell though, hello adductors and glute meds

Taking the running class again, last morning. Ran to Vic Park with half the group then explained their session and jogged while they all did it, I joined in a couple. Nice group
6 PM

running 35:00 [3] 6.3 km (5:33 / km)
shoes: Nike Zoom Flys

around the billabong and then some short Hill reps, 8 x 45secs ( had a race with a cycling commuter, sadly he won! Fun though) was feeling rather shite and incredibly slow, my legs were moving but there was no oomph! And somebody had turned down my cadence dial...
song of the week helped, Please don’t go, old but gold :)

O training 38:00 [3] 6.43 km (5:55 / km)

Local Ballarat event on a map near Linton, nice gully spur with a few annoying logs. Felt ok, then half way around started to get really wheezy which was scary so I eased off for 5 mins and it settled but then came back abit when I tried to speed up again when Aston zoomed past me!!! Will be more diligent with preventor!!
2 PM
