Nice pre brekkie run up the conical hill in Hamner Springs, checked out the view and then ran back down a really knarly mtb track with some cool berms to run on

Sprint training exercise in Christchurch, was fun, need to process quicker!! Trying to make myself use magnifier to pick small gaps etc but just not feeling the love with it.....

Nice easy run around the billabong and oval area, on call so had to just do laps close to home, should have run further though

With Aston, Mikkel and Florian all kicking my butt massively!! even though they gave me a head start!, fun though, need more, all of us nearly vomited!, hot, went for a swim in Sarahs pool, aka ice bath after.,

Little forest , really nice fast open area, should have run course 1 but I was being a sook. Felt good running, just didnt like the vague areas.
