This is the group I will be coaching next week, so ran with them to check them out. They did a warm up jog to the park then 8x a 'hill' loop and then jogged back. felt ok

Hageby NOL race at Pittwater- 2 really dismal controls ( 6 mins and 2 mins) otherwise ok, great area, legs felt pretty ok and could run the pace, just an idiot!! sadly !
