Sand dunes, Took me a bit to get into it! Big mistake on control 2 shook me.

Feeling tired and sore all over, only did them because Jensen dragged me out, maybe getting sick?
Did 10 x 25sec short hard hill intervals - so hotthough, both of us felt sick! Walked home, need to toughen up!!
