Run with james and ross in the evening...was really beautiful but still quite hot...LOVE IT!

Went to Mt Eden and round there various tracks then to the top at the end, back down then to domain and around tracks there. then home.

Felt like crap until about the 45-50min mark

Run in the evening, BEAUTIFUL time to be running. Nice and easy through the domain then down to waterfront along and up back through domain.

Long easy run in the evening.

It was pretty good just took it easy, would have been a bit less tedious if some wise ass hadnt stolen my ipod and deleted all songs bar one - BARBARA SREISAND......oh gosh

15min warm up and 14 warm down, with 2min jogging intervals inbetween strength bursts.

Strength 30:00 [3]

Strength - Lunges, pressups, squats, stair sprints, more lunges, then jogging to the flat grass to do core. All with 2min ish jogging in between.

Evening run, was feeling pretty crap all day during study but forced myself out the door, beautiful evening to run, usual foot pain felt pretty good tonight, however still getting probs with sore callous... :(

First run in new shoes though! so good to have the old faithfuls back

Lunges, pressups, squats, 4X30sec stair sprints, pressups, lunges more, abs all with 2 ish mins jogging between.

15min warm up jogging and 15 warm down with recoveries jogging inbetween.
