Was okay until the end of the second 4 minute run, when inside of my left leg starting getting very tight. Possibly a groin thing, possibly a hip flexor thing, possibly a knockon from something else. Took it easy for the last 3,2,1 then walked back. Will roll on it tonight.
Paces were otherwise okay, but I got tires earlier than normal (understandable given my recent laziness).
