Well, I guess I haven't recovered yet. Things were feeling great until ~15 minutes, then my IT band started stabbing me with intense pain. It's my left one, which makes sense, as that's the one that was giving me most pain during the 50 miler.
I haven't been stretching or rolling since the race, which probably contributes to a poor recovery. I'll definitely roll more now though. I want to be running in the sunshine!
