3K time trial! Managed a new PR: 9:59.5. The goal was to get to 10 minutes and I think it's safe to say that I managed to do that pretty nicely :)

Pretty brutal course, lots of uphill and cliffs to climb up. I think it went pretty alright, but a course like that doesn't make it easy to get into any sort of rhythm.

Up and down and up and down, pretty decent training but I think next time I'll go for a smaller hill and do more repetitions. The breaks were too long on this one.
