Run 52:21 [1] 6.38 km (8:12 / km) +364m 6:23 / km
ahr:121 max:165

Relaxing jog with my girlfriend and the dog. It was nice, didn't have to think much or push myself in the slightest. It was a nice time, very relaxing.

Orienteering 43:09 [4] *** 5.71 km (7:33 / km) +111m 6:53 / km
ahr:167 max:178

Two courses with a focus on reading ahead, planning and following the plan we make. The pace was high for both of the courses, and the terrain allowed for easy running. I think I managed to achieve the goal of the training quite well, with a few mistakes here and there. I realize that the techniques are harder to use when the pace increases. I'll have to spend some time learning to manage the amount of "energy" I spend reading each leg and when.

Orienteering 54:51 [2] *** 6.72 km (8:10 / km) +304m 6:39 / km
ahr:161 max:177

Lot of controls, lots of time to run through the course. I ran quite relaxed, but I made sure to run naturally instead of managing it too much. I enjoyed myself while running, the terrain was nice and the course demanded my focus the whole time. I managed to focus, plan ahead and made few mistakes.

Orienteering (Night) 59:31 [2] *** 7.14 km (8:20 / km) +533m 6:04 / km
ahr:143 max:170

Night training, without a properly functioning headlamp. I had to run alongside someone else for when the light went out, which lowered the pace we could have. The technical aspect of it was good, and it was a nice change of pace to socialize while running, but I would have preferred to be able to run normally. Going to get the headlamp fixed.
