Run race 53:42 [4] 10.71 km (5:01 / km) +576m 3:57 / km
ahr:176 max:198

A trail race! I ran the 10.5km course, and was alone for a lot of the time. I had a pretty good start, and I was with another runner who passed me. After he did I felt pretty lonely. But I did my best to keep the pace high even though the motivation wasn't quite there when I was alone. It was worth it though, as I has an awesome race! It felt clean and the time was good!

Orienteering 58:56 [2] 6.96 km (8:28 / km) +401m 6:34 / km
ahr:152 max:178

An orienteering training with a focus on making route choices before heading out on the leg. Overall it was a good training, and I felt like I met the goal well. I few times I was unable to make a proper plan, a mistake here and there but nothing too bad. I struggled a little with focusing on the map and my route choices, so I had to do my best to reset after those legs. Overall, I'm pretty happy with how it went.

Note

My shins are killing me, I feel tired doing pretty much anything. I think this is a good sign to start doin' some more strength training.

Strength Training 30:00 [3]

Some strength training with the club, focusing on balance, core and lower legs. Did some balance training first, and then core and lower leg stuff. I felt pretty good, but I was tired after the intervals.
6 PM

Run intervals (Hill) 52:01 [4] 6.99 km (7:27 / km) +199m 6:31 / km
ahr:144 max:187

10-15 minute warmup, then some hill intervals. Ran up and down for four minutes, four times. I felt pretty good, a bit tired and slow. I was able to keep the pace pretty consistent, but a few times I pushed it a little hard.
Note: Around half of the cooldown was cut off, for some reason.

Lily run! She was good, had to stop a few times but nothing too serious. I also felt good today as well, legs felt strong and ready to train some more!
