Cannot feel efficient running through out the whole training
legs a bit tired

Sprint technical training in North District Park
First time running in here and the terrain is interesting
cannot find the start triangle on the map and struggle a bit for first 2 controls
cannot plan ahead for first 2 controls
made some mistakes through the whole course - ard 2-3mins

figure out that mistake will be made easily after planning the next control and coming back to current control
this may be due to overconfidence for the current control
try to come back for the current control a bit earlier in next competition
