SLR. Lovely morning - headed down to the south and back in a big loop. Lots of path/track running again and felt really good - miles flew by no bother. Think we’ll operate on the Monday rest day system here - makes sense

First ever hareys session
2x (5,4,3,2,1 with 1 jog between) 4 min jog between sets.
Nice loop and really really enjoyed running in a group. Tucked in behind James - pace for the first set was ideal. Did the next 5,4 with Liam then pushed on a bit for the 3,2,1 to get a proper progression.
Great session and felt good throughout. So nice to run in a group as I said

Out past the rugby club and round some fields before back into town on the cam. Looking forward to my first hareys sesh tomorrow. Have to say the workload for this first term is looking pretty mega as I expected so I think I will appreciate running now more than ever

Exploring out to the west. Found an actual hill which was thoroughly exciting and got some lovely morning views over cambridgeshire. Also think a bird pooed on my leg - I would have been annoyed but I was more impressed by its marksmanship tbh

Hectic day yesterday and a busy morning so was very much looking forward to this. Nicked one of the hares and hounds routes which went south down to trumpington (home to the most futuristic housing estate ever) then over to grantchester and back into town on the cam. Really nice route and lots of soft running as well which is always a plus. Lots of stopping to check the route on my phone but can’t be avoided really.
