WLR - set off and it was proper pissing it down but just thought well it'll pass can't be torrential the whole time. Well. Long story short: it was. Got pure drenched and some very cold fingers but was actually running well and felt completely fine and not tired at the end which was nice, even if my clothes weighed about 5kg through water

Botched intervals. Went into lecture theatre for usual pre-ints toilet trip and had a pretty hefty nosebleed for some reason. Spent a bit clearing it up then set off on 3x8 sesh. But still felt like I had a lot of snot and blood in my mouth so was feeling bad then it started pishing and I was severely underdressed so just started to get really cold. Ah well. I know when I'm beaten. Wasn't happening today :(
