Solid run with no real mistakes at all (wasn’t too hard tbf), coped well with the long legs at the start but was getting a bit tired by the end. Slushy snow meant I fell over one too many times to enjoy falling over, but all in all was ok.

A kinda steady run with 5x 200 sprint 200 jog chucked in for some good top end stuff cos I’ve got hills planned on sat then csc on Sunday.
Managed to get my heart rate down to 46 bpm whilst bored in class today, so at least if i tank my higher economics I’ll have achieved some damn good zen along the way.
