Running 52:09 [3] 10.32 km (5:03 / km)

To and from Cockleroy

Running hills 20:02 [3] 2.81 km (7:08 / km)

Continuous hills on Cockleroy for 20 minutes. Hard up walk down.
Worked hard and felt alright, trying to make sure I was finishing each rep strongly and keeping good form.
Had some filthy tunes on which really helped so shoutout to Cascadia, Hugh Jackman, Calvin Harris and certain others for helping through this one

Running 31:07 [3] 7.26 km (4:17 / km)

Very windy loop round Pannal. Not much fun but have now breached 2018km for 2018 yay

Running 1:09:52 [3] 16.04 km (4:21 / km)

A pavement pounding cruise round the running beauty spot that is Harrogate. Felt fine but got hopelessly disorientated on the Stray at one point (their equivalent of the Meadows).
Still, a nice break from cutting down 23000 words of Economics notes

Also, breached the big 2000km mark on this run. Nice wee achievement that no one except me gives a monkeys about but anyway..

Thursday Dec 27, 2018 #

Note

No time again today- walking with cousins all day. Running tomorrow

Wednesday Dec 26, 2018 #

Note

Don’t think there’ll be time for a run today. Off down to Harrogate but not before seeing the mighty Leeds play Blackburn at Elland Road

Edit- Leeds losing 2-1 at 90 minutes, bang in two goals in added time to snatch another 3-2 victory. Challenges the legendary Stew Mel vs Dollar Murrayfield Cup Final for scenes factor

Running 43:04 [3] 8.14 km (5:17 / km)

First 4K were a lovely Christmas shuffle round Beecraigs with the folks and then pushed the pace home to stretch the legs. Merry Christmas x

Such a great run. Was gonna do Avon but total blue sky really made cockleroy look sexy, so hit up the north face instead. Glad I did cos the view on top was incredible.
Could see Goat Fell on Arran very clearly, also being able to see Berwick Law. Amazing cloud inversion over Edinburgh and the bridges as well. What a time to be alive and running
