Morning training. Bearings went from shit to not so shit. Had a wee compass swap with chapstick which was interesting

Peg Relay. Super technical and pushing a good pace, trying to block out the followers. Great fun as always

Been having a lot of nosebleeds and headaches in the past few days, coming to a head tonight. Can probably be alluded to a lot of racing, training and travelling with not much quality sleep between. Taking the day off training tomorrow to hopefully let this pass
