900m WU down to the hill beside the train station
3x Sprint up jog down hill (about 25secs) then 30secs rest
Did this for 15 mins then cool down home.
Legs felt good just still have a massive amount of phlegm in my throat which massively constricts air flow- all coughy. Maybe a heart rate monitor would be good for checking up on this?
