Orienteering 1:08:37 [3] 7.64 km (8:59 / km)

Training at Polmaise.

Used controls and maps. Was a bit rusty in the control pick and line but picked up the nav in the far wood. Fierce vegetation and this is a bit of a dump but great to do some quality training

Sunny ride round Abercorn. Hit 45mph on the descent

Note

Back from the school thing so should be back to usual training soon. Managed 3 runs which is decent

Running 29:32 [3] 6.85 km (4:19 / km)

Run with Joe Ewing- full lap of Aviemore pretty much.

Running 39:20 [3] 8.01 km (4:55 / km)

Snuck out of Badaguish for a lovely run in and around the trails and also up An Sluggan for a bit

Running 32:25 [3] 6.93 km (4:41 / km)

Same as with Joe but with Thomas Ross. Went at 6 in the morning so had to properly stealth mode our way out of the youth hostel cos at posh school if you're caught on a run it's a suspension. #adrenaline
