CLS 5K morning run. Easy pace with a cheeky 3.16k at the end so still have the speed

Teen circuits. Good fun and could do nearly all the exercises which is promising

CLS Track session. Rally good first half then an absolute searing need for a poo in the second half slowed me down a bit

Great week at CLS blackened a bit by a sudden onset of retarditis. But the fall could've been a lot worse and will be fine for the jk which is good

What a cock up.
Swim went well. Get on bike and as I'm going through car park looking down at my cleats and hit a parked car. Bloody retard. Went over the handlebars with multiple bruises and cuts down right side. Get up and keep going with my now broken bike, but soon my left arm is super painful to the point of not being able to flex at all. Went straight to hospital in Arrecife with green team lady. Language barrier meant I had no clue what was happening but ended up with full arm cast. So pissed off but it will be off in time for leaving.
