First time on track for intervals.

3 x (1000 (fast) & 200 (slow) & 300 (fast))

Felt like I didnt really push myself but I havent ran these distance for a while and didnt know how to pace myself. To make up for it, I did an extra set.

Left inner calf still felt bad after icing and 4 days rest but the pain was negligible after a while.
