orienteering race 1:02:50 [4] 8.0 km (7:51 / km)

Started well, until the 4th control when a man stept at my shoe so I had to stop and put it on. Then lost the group and ran the rest of the course by my self. Made a big mistake at nr 10 and like 4 min bom at the rest.

1st leg doesn't suit me well.

1.1k intervals. Not max speed, no pain in the achilles.

Pain in left Achilles after almost 1 lap. Easy on the second lap.
