1 mile warm-up, 5 minute tempo run at 6:00 mile pace. 1200m time trial in 3:37. 10 minute core workout. 1 mile cool down.

Running tempo 41:00 [4] 5.8 mi (7:04 / mi) +50m 6:53 / mi

Ran a 1.5 mile warm-up, then a 2.7 mile tempo with hills in 16:50. I felt horrible during the tempo and lost to a freshman. That will never happen again. 1.5 mile cooldown. 7 minute core workout.

Ran up a large hill, I am always amazed at how little the elevation gain from my runs is compared to orienteering courses.

Ran a one mile warm up then did a 4x200, 2x400, and 600m at 36 second 100m pace non-stop with a 100m jog between sets.
