LoCO FIT breakfast run -- westward from Sweet Spot Café along the Coal Creek trail, and then back the same way.

I wanted to do more miles, but the trail was snowpacked, lumpy, icy -- not pleasant to run on. Also, I really misjudged the weather (17°F) and had on layers that were way too light. My legs felt cold and stiff the entire time; my toes & fingers finally thawed out at mile 2.5...

Jojo Rabbit movie with some friends. I liked it, and I would recommend it -- but I felt too uncomfortable to laugh at all the Nazi jokes. (I feel similarly conflicted these days -- to a lesser degree --- about Blazing Saddles...)

First session of LoCO FIT Strength Training for Runners -- which was cancelled due to snow / rec center closure. :-P

But Erin sent out the workout for us to do on our own. "Yay."

Two rounds of 60 seconds each w/ 30 seconds of rest in between each activity:
