Jogged three miles, walked the rest.

The southbound and eastbound segments were on concrete, with a crosswind or tailwind. Northbound was on a trail with deep, slushy snow, so I slowed down. The final westbound segment was "character-building" (uphill AND a stiff headwind), and I was slowest there.
