Jogged out-and-back on the powerline trail for 2.6 miles (32:17) and then walked around the block to get to 3.0.

- Warm-up: rowing, weighted sit-ups, dynamic stretching.

- Warm-up specific to SDHP and pull-ups.

- For time -- three rounds: chest to bar pull-ups x 15 / burpees x 20 / sumo deadlift high pull 95/65# x 15. I cut the reps to 10 / 15 / 10, did regular (kipping) pull-ups, and used 45# for the SDHP. I was seriously sucking wind the whole time. 13:something.
