"JumpNRope" class at the Louisville Rec Center. Speed drills, burpees, double-unders, weighted lunges, squats, crunches, etc.

- 400m jog and dynamic stretching to warm up.

- Burgener warm-up w/ PVC and then with 15# barbell.

- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of hang power snatches and push-ups, with a 150m run after every round. I used 35# for the snatches (this was meant to be a "sprint" workout), and I did knee push-ups starting with the seven-rep round. 23:08.
