- Dynamic stretching to warm up.

- Press: warm-up and working up to one-rep max. 35# x 8, 45# x 4, 55# x 1, 60# x 1, 65# x 0, 65# x 1.

- Three rounds, for time: 400m run / 35# kettlebell swing x 21 / C2B pull-ups x 12. I used a 25# KB and did regular kipping pull-ups. Felt incredibly sluggish. 15:24.
