  • Row 500m and dynamic stretching to warm up.

  • Deadlift: warm-up and then 3-3-3+ at 70-80-90% of one-rep max.
    35# x 10 / 85# x 8 / 105# x 3 / 120# x 3 / 135# x 7.

  • Floor press: warm-up and then 3-3-3+ at 70-80-90% of one-rep max.
    35# x 10 / 45# x 3 / 55# x 3 / 60# x 5.

  • Press: 5 x 3. 35# / 55# / 50# / 50# / 55#.

  • Rope climbs x 5. I've always been hesitant to try this -- the rope seems really high (15'?), and I was afraid of looking silly. But, with the right rope-wrapping technique, it's really fun. Woot!

  • GHD sit-ups x 10.

- Jumprope, dynamic stretching, fireman carry x 1, and split-jerk technique work to warm up.

- Five rounds for fastest row time and heaviest dumbbell split-jerk: row 350m / split-jerk x 5. 1:38 / 25#.

- Kipping pull-ups x 10.

- Deadhang pull-ups x 5 (with blue band).

- 3 x 15 dumbbell floor press (15# / 20# / 20#).

- A few lame attempts at double-unders.
