- Intense 15-minute warm-up of jogging interspersed with 'simon says'-type drills (squats, kettlebell swings, sit-ups, push-ups, etc.).
- Stretching.
- 5 x 5 weighted push-ups. I still can't do 'real' push-ups with good form (chest all the way to the ground), so I did these on my knees w/ just a 5# weight.
- For total reps and total meters: 2:30 of burpees / 5:00 of rowing / 2:30 of burpees. Results were 31, 855 m, 32.
