As I left work with barely enough time to get to the 5:30 pm CrossFit class, I realized I had left my employee badge in the locker room. I wasn't sure anyone would be around to let me back into the building if I waited 'til after the class; so, I waited by the door for a few minutes until I snagged someone who was leaving. Got my badge, but by then I was late for the class.

So...I went back to my desk to work a little longer, with plans to go to the 6:30 pm class. I drove over at 6:20, and, as I was pulling into the parking lot, I realized they don't have a 6:30 class on Thursdays. ARGH!!!!!

    Soccer intervals (indoor) 22:00 [3]
    slept:6.0 weight:124lbs

Wow -- we won! 8-7, against a strong team. I got talked into playing again next season. Hmmm...I'm still not 100% sure about that. I want to focus on running, cycling, and CrossFit.

I was awake 'til 3am again last night. I'm out of OTC stuff, so I think I'll take one of the Tylenol 3s I have left over from my surgery in 2004. Funny that I didn't feel the need to use it after fracturing my skull, but I'm desperate enough to use it now just to get my sleep schedule back on track.

    Run / Hike 47:19 [3] 4.0 mi (11:50 / mi)
slept:6.0 weight:125lbs shoes: Saucony Grid Omni TR

I jogged from my office to trails on the other side of the highway. Exactly 40% of this out-and-back was on the road / sidewalk (not my favorite), and the trails were in a totally treeless area (typical of everything east of Boulder). But, it was nice to get there directly from the office without having to drive anywhere. And, there are lots more miles of trail available in that area.

I had planned to bike to work today. But, after going to bed to read at 10:30 pm and turning the lights out at 11:30 pm, I was still wide awake until at least 1:30 am. I also remember seeing the clock at 3:00 am. Ugh.

Six routes at the gym with Troy. We haven't climbed in a few weeks (maybe a whole month?), and we could feel the difference... 5.9, 5.9, 5.9, 5.10-, 5.10-, 5.10-
