Rock Climbing tempo (indoor) 2:00:00 [3]
slept:10.0 weight:123lbs

Indoor rock climbing with Troy. Nine routes:

5.8
5.9
5.9
5.10-
5.10-
5.10
5.10-
5.10-
5.10

This was a much better effort than last week (our first time back in the gym in several months), when we could barely eke out five routes apiece.

There are always kids in there on the weekend having birthday parties. Unfortunately, they never leave any cake or cupcakes behind...

    Run / Hike tempo 1:08:25 [3] 5.13 mi (13:20 / mi) +456ft 12:18 / mi
    slept:10.0 weight:123lbs shoes: Vasque Adrenaline

An easy jog on the new Mitchell Creek trail that connects to the Gateway Mesa loop.

The vegetation and topography are very similar to Castlewood Canyon (which is nearby). The trail is about 50% slickrock and 50% dirt. It's scenic, but the highway noise is pretty constant.

My forefoot problem had started to flare up at about three miles, so I walked the last half mile on the concrete path. Most of the snow had melted into mud, but luckily I didn't get my new shoes too dirty.

    GPS tracks.
