Note

About once a year, I cave in to the temptation to buy a can of sweetened condensed milk to eat right out of the can. I ate about a third of the can last night, and I felt totally nauseous afterwards. Gross.

    Indoor soccer game -- 5 to 5 tie. We had a full second team of subs, so I didn't get to run very much.

    Someone from the other team stepped stomped on my bad foot (the one with the old stress fracture / lingering bursitis / whatever...). Man, it really aches.
