- Warm-up: row 350m; jog 400m; dynamic stretching; kips x 10; shoulder stretches; kips x 10.

- Max kipping pull-ups without coming off the bar: 9 (I was going for 10 but fell short on the last one...).

- Kettlebell warm-up (15#).

- For time -- five rounds: kettlebell snatch x 10 per arm / burpees x 10 / 200m run. Prescribed kettlebell weight for women was 35#. I used 20#. 20:18.

- Foam roller.

My quads and hamstrings are in PAIN from Tuesday's workout. It hurts to get in and out of a chair, hurts to go up/down stairs, hurts to walk, etc. Sitting at a desk all day doesn't help. I decided to go for a walk to see if that might loosen up my legs... Was surprised at how many other people I saw out and about. But then again, it was 94 degrees at 5pm today, so late night is definitely more pleasant, temperature-wise.

- Warm-up: 500m jog and dynamic stretching. Two rounds of squats x 10 / 20# ball-slams x 10 / (knee) push-ups x 10.

- Skillz work: squat cleans and ring dips.

- For time: 21-15-9 reps of squat cleans and ring dips. Women's prescribed weight was 95#. I used 55# and a band on the ring dips. 14:45.

- Foam-roller stretching -- it's a bad sign when I'm painfully sore before I even leave the gym (rather than my usual DOMS a day or two later). :-P

- 400m jog and dynamic stretching to warm up.

- Burgener warm-up w/ PVC and then with 15# barbell.

- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of hang power snatches and push-ups, with a 150m run after every round. I used 35# for the snatches (this was meant to be a "sprint" workout), and I did knee push-ups starting with the seven-rep round. 23:08.
