S6D Day 3
Early start so always going to be tricky. Running nicely through the first 6. #7 was a bit of a mare. Poor direction and lack of good picture to make up for it. Rushed out of #7 without the discipline to make a decent plan and so ended up going straight through the green. Probably 2mins lost on those 2 legs and lost all the directness I was running with before hand. Kept it pretty clean through the rest of the course but ended up a way down.

S6D Day 1. Nicer terrain on the ground than yesterday, tried to keep it cruisey and clean. Ended up scrapping about abit but generally not too bad. Am not really wanting to turn the pace up so will just continue to orienteer nicely and see what happens
