BOF 3K TT. Nice stuff, felt really good for the 1st km, going through at 9:40pace. Next km felt good again but feeling the turns a fair bit now. After the turn for the final km was hoping jim would come through and help out but he didn't come. After doing 2400m on the front in the wind, turned and kicked back down towards the Finnish. No problems from the knee so looking decent

Lovely little plod round Alvie. Probably the nicest area I've ever been on. Fully clean and just enjoying being out there. Little problem at #5 but seemingly a consensus that it was slightly misplaced. Fun times.
