Whinlatter Parkrun. Felt really good for the 1st km then just started feeling really sick again. Was starting to go propper slow, especially on the downs where i just wasn't striding out properly. Let charlie nip past on the technical bit that i was trying to do in trainers. Legs and Lungs felts pretty fresh still at the finnish so it's probably not too bad.

WCOC Thursday evening. Felt pretty slow through the first few and then through the fields, pushed a bit more up the hill and along the top. Turns out i wasn't going too slow and was a bit up at 13. Completely mucked #14 up and lost ~12mins. :(
