WCOC Sprint. Crow Park. Took the first half easy and then began to struggle technically round the golf course because it was getting pretty dark. Lost a fair bit more time in the woods because it was getting very dark by then and couldn't really see much.

Some extra stuff round Keswick with Sunley. Couldnt really see much in the park as it was too dark but the rest was good. Taking the running easy though.
