LOC Night Terrain. Great Tower. Lovley area as usual. Nav was good but took a while to really start nailng every leg right to the flag. Runningn felt good and pushed it a bit up the hills. Beat Holly Orr and wasn't too far down on Rhys so not looking too bad on that front.

WCOC 'Hard' at Setmurthy. #2 was in the wrong place by quite a long way. Only found it when I saw Joe and Nick moving it to the correct place. Lost 2-3mins that lots of other people didn't. Other than that just got a bit annoyed with the area and running was bit poor. Bit weird not to void the leg but who knows.

Legs were extremely tired from the previous 4 days. Didnt feel great on any of the running. Technically was fine apart from a bit of hesitation going to #6(~30secs lost) and somehow lost 1min on 'bad' path routchoice to #7 but it still looks like the better route to me now.

Pretty pleased with 3rd overall, wasnt really expecting that after a very poor day one and with my cold. Looking forward to a couple of rest days before getting back into the weekly routine ready for midlands.

Another average run. The legs were begining to hurt just after the start and running didnt feel great throughout. Lost ~15secs on #2 where I had no idea what side of the boulder the controll would be on as it didnt say on the CDs. Lost ~30secs on #11 where I overshot the controll and only relised when I hit the fence.

Decent-ish run, felt good on the path sections and was technically solid. Cold still holding me back abit though. Lots of the long legs were very pathy and quite easy technically. Lost ~15secs on #6 where the lag was very short and so i was too lazy with exit direction and drifted a bit.

POM Day 1- Sprint
Fairly average overall. Felt slowish on the first few, lost loads of time on #4 (going down the wrong alley) felt okay for the rest up until the park bit at the end where my legs really started to tie up and nav got a bit scrappy. Nice to know that I was running decently looking at the splits for other legs (consistently 5-10secs down) even with a bit of cold left over and therfore a lack of tapering.

NWJS Training. A very poor weekend. Shouldnt have gone at all considerng it was such a bad area and i've had a long week. Area was worse than I imagined and it was very cold and wet. Feeling very ill by the time we got to the villiage hall.
