POM Day 3- Middle
Another average run. The legs were begining to hurt just after the start and running didnt feel great throughout. Lost ~15secs on #2 where I had no idea what side of the boulder the controll would be on as it didnt say on the CDs. Lost ~30secs on #11 where I overshot the controll and only relised when I hit the fence.

Only cruising round this as wanted to save the legs more for the day after. Technically was fine but not pushing the pace much.
