A very easy terrain both technically and physically. Did not push myself too much, stayed at 80%. Much better orienteering partly because of the terrain. However, this was fun race, happy to be able to run two days in a row. But the knee is hurting after today, seemed ok after yesterdays run. not cool

It has been a while since last orienteering and it shows. First 12 controls with mistakes, all of them (5:30 combined). Direction - shit, control area - shit... Have to work on the orienteering if want to climb some pedestals this season. Physically ok, could have been a little better if not the work party last night. ha
