was up for a gym sesh, but it was raining in the morning and decided to go for a run (rain would make this much easier). nevertheless the rain stopped before i weared the breakfast out, still some wind made it possible. and yeah the first 6-7km went easy, decided to go around a lake. then the heat kicked in and last few km was a hard fight with the heat, good run anyway
