Mazā Balva 2nd day, pursuit.

Went in as 1st , came out 4th.

Same map as yesterday, but tougher course. The jet-lag kicked in the worse way - woke up at 2am, could not get asleep the rest of night. Wish I had some sleeping pills, never happened before. So the hopes were not high, but what happened in the forest was a complete disaster both technically and physically. And that was not a stress going first in. I guess 2 hours sleep is not enough for a tough course - 15 minutes mistakes! A new record.

Wanted to do a longer run, but seems the jet-lag kicked in. After first 3km felt very weak, almost started to walk. Towards the end it was better again.
