A good run exept a major disaster to 11 where I lost almost 2 minutes (and a 2nd place) going straight and getting into a lot of fallen trees. Some smaller mistakes on the way, nothing serious. Took a risk to 5 by going around and crossing an uncrossable march (easy crossable after all), it payed off as this was first long leg I won in a looong time.

However I still have problems managing speed on the long races, was leading up to 7, but then just got slower and slower, something to work on next long race.

Decent run at 85%, did not feel quite fresh probably because of few beers last night with friends. Terrain too easy for a challenge. Made 90sec in mistakes anyway.

Holidays were so full of other things - parties, oganizing rogaine for friends, fishing trip etc, was so exhausted, no chance for a run. This one came fairly easy though.
