Did no feel fit for 10km so took the second longest course of 6.5km. Legs heavy, but managed to do decent run. Quite clean, just 30s mistakes, the course was too easy though.

5cm wet snow made it quite hard for legs and quite easy for orienteering. Almost no mistakes, but need to improve the speed.

Not fresh again. Too old to recover quickly I guess :) The melting snow did not make anything better

Did not feel like much running, went for 40min, but the fresh snow was so nice to run and in the middle felt much more power, decided to run more.
