Feeling the yesterdays run in my legs, total darkness, strong wind, some rain but the run was really nice one. Heart rate still seems too high for this intensity though.

Took an old race map from Mežaparks, went the track backwards at slow speed + one more 5km loop trails. Feels very good. Orienteering was better at race speed though.
