Waking up every night 2am and having problems to get asleep again, jet-lag probaby. Lots of work, so better wake up early and run before breakfast. 20 degrees, strong wind with rain must be worst weather you can get here, but was perfect for some intervals.

The trip to Sanya was long and hard. The first flight was canceled so it was some extra hours and stress and arrived very exhausted. However, after good sleep, felt good today, went for a run after sunset to avoid the tropical heat, it was hot anyway, but felt good and no signs of jet-lag whatsoever.
