A perfect first control and a total disaster next one. Lost a little direction at the start, then just couldn't find the the small hill there...oh wait, there was none, so spent 4mins just searching near the control for a feature not visible.
The rest was ok, some small mistakes here and there.

The knee seemed to be ok, just a little sore during the run...will see tomorrow if this was a good idea.

Did not feel quite fit for running in the morning (probably because of the wedding party friday night), but oh boy what a great feeling to be able to run relatively fast through terrain with no pain and to be able to push some more at times. Messed up first control a little and few minor mistakes on the way 90sec combined, so a decent almost clean run. Great!

Tomorrow a 6day hardcore work trip starts, won't be able to exercise, will try to find some time though.
