Just few very small mistakes on this easy course. I never complain about cold, but this heat is way too long and far out of my comfort zone. First 30min could keep a decent speed at 5:30-5:45, the heat on second part just killed me, pace at 7 or so...

A difficult race both technically and physically (mostly because of the heat).

A below average performance, almost 8 minutes in mistakes and speed sucked. I'm no good on hot weather races.

What a beautiful place - Sveti Stefan, not much of trails to run, but low and slow traffic makes possible to run roads. Started to rain, but that was even better. Slippery asphalt as f though

Biksti not far from Saldus. Marking controls for local race which I happen to plan, but cannot attend and set up controls because of work. Excellent terrain which I had run only some 17 years ago. Would love to race this.
