Magnēts Mežaparks

Almost home turf, but managed to make 4 mins in mistakes. Tried to keep up high pace. Lost less than 1 min/km to some elite runners, not so bad I guess.

The good thing is that after started to tape the foot it feels much better

After terrible 36 hour travel with delays etc felt like shit. Only today started to exercise, not much power anyway, some jet-lag probably. Easy laps near the hotel, good they have gravel track here for runners, just have not seen any other runners not now not last year. Hot and humid, but runnable.
