This was the longest non-running period since restarted. Started with leg injury, then lower back pain and finally hardcore work for last 8 days. However, the leg still not fully recovered, have to take it easy.

definately not a place for me

had to miss largest 3day race in Baltics - Kapa because of this work trip and by looking at the maps it does not get better, really nice terrain

struggling with jet-lag, do not feel fresh
developed an injury last week, right leg a little sore when running, so will keep it easy this week
